Briefing
We'll ask you a lot of questions to understand the reason why you need a website, determine your budget and find out exactly what you want to achieve. The briefing is the foundation of our process, so we want to make sure we get it right.

Website Content Foundations
Now that we've completed the project discovery, we have all the information we need we'll begin building the roadmap for your project. We'll start by creating a visual sitemap that depicts what we are trying to communicate to your audience and nails down the structure of your website. Here is an example of a sitemap.

Design
Now that we've established your website's basic form and decided how it will work, it's time to take the prototype and pretty it up, so to speak. The design phase is also when we'll finish up logo designs as necessary and make sure your complete brand strategy is integrated across the website.

Development
During the development phase we'll finish installing plugins, adding modules and programming custom features into your website. We'll do several rounds of testing across different user groups to ensure your website is ready for go time.

Delivery
Once all other processes are complete, it's time for final testing and delivery. During this phase we'll make sure everything is working correctly and let you explore and approve everything we've done before we release your new website into the wild, wild web.

Ongoing Support
Planning and creating a website is only part of the process of running a successful website. Once your website is delivered, we shift into overdrive and provide top-notch support via website care plans and continuous support for your marketing and social media needs.
